Our Mission through Family’s C.A.R.E. is the provision of what is necessary for the empowerment, health, welfare, maintenance, and protection of the African/Latino American Head of Household (HOH) and family structure. Family structure is usually considered as an indicator of social and economic circumstances.

     Universal Quest Technologies (UQT), through our nonprofit status with the Family’s C.A.R.E program will provide educations, trainings, various assistances and resources by conducting surveys to convey the primary needs for empowering the HOH. By exploring this method, we can implement strategies that will directly affect and empower the HOH and increase the parental involvement. As a result, this will also begin to affect the entire family structure, where families through growth, will likewise become empowered which increases the enthusiasm for higher achievements and prosperity.
